Payment questions
How does the plan switch on after payment?
Alif confirms the payment and the plan switches on for the account with that email. Open LifeAPP in “With an account” mode: within seconds the plan shows up in Settings → Plan on all your devices.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Not when you pay on the website. You pay for a month or a year and nothing else is charged. You can renew early: the new period is added to the current one.
App Store subscriptions on iPhone renew automatically. Cancel them in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
What happens when the period ends?
The account moves to the free plan. All your data stays and remains visible. Only paid actions stop working: for example, cohorts in new projects, export or inviting new team members.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you paid by mistake or the plan isn’t right for you, write to us within 14 days of payment from your account email with the order number, and we’ll refund the same card. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
What is the founder price?
The first 1,000 subscribers get Plus for 149 TJS a year instead of 249. The price stays the same at every renewal.
Do team members pay?
No. Only the team owner pays; members and viewers join for free on any plan. To add seats, pay for Team with the number of people you need: the new period starts after the current one. If you need the seats right away, write to us and we’ll work out the extra charge for the remaining days.
Can a company pay by invoice?
Yes. Write to info@narmafzor.tj with the company details, the account email and the plan. Narmafzor LLC will issue an invoice, and we’ll switch the plan on once it’s paid.
